PRODUCTION LEAD TIMES BEFORE SHIPPING

To ensure our customers receive a premium product, your clothing is manufactured and prepared as we receive your order to ensure you receive garments of the highest quality. Therefore during peak-times, there is a production lead time of 24-72 hours before items will leave the warehouse. 

 

SHIPPING ZONES, PRICING & LEAD TIMES

We ship worldwide from the UK and all orders are sent via Royal Mail. Depending on your location will determine which Royal Mail service we provide. Proof of delivery is provided for all UK deliveries, whereas tracking information is available for all orders placed in Zones 1, 2, and 3. Please refer to our International Shipping Zones below.

You will receive notification by email or by SMS when your order has been fulfilled and is ready to ship. After this notification, please allow the following shipping lead times as a guide for when deliveries should arrive:

PLEASE NOTE

TRADR. Clothing is not responsible for any customs duties or fees incurred on international deliveries, nor liable for any lost items while in international transit. At our discretion, we may offer to replace or refund lost items.

TRADR. Clothing is not responsible, nor liable for any orders that are returned to us by your local postal service, due to being ‘undeliverable’, ‘unclaimed’ or ‘refused’ etc. At our discretion, we may offer to refund such orders, either in part or in full. Alternatively, we may offer to resend the package although this may be subject to the customer paying an additional shipping fee.

If you have still not received your order within 21 days of placing it, please make sure you contact us so we can help you trace it before it is automatically returned to us. Typically, it will be held at your local post office / depot for a limited period, until you arrange collection or re-delivery.
